Snowy MopTop

A beautiful felt garden sprite with a luscious mop of cotton hair. Her petal skirt is embellished with hot-fix rhinstones and she's got the bead drops for legs.  You will also need a Hot-fix rhinestone tool to attach the bling.  Hop over to "TOOLS" and check these out.
