CLASS: Introduction to Cross Stitch on Linen

Are you ready to learn cross stitch or to leave aida behind and take your stitching to the next level?  We'll introduce you to the beautiful world of even-weave and linen fabrics as you stitch a small project (in your choice of colour). 

We'll cover all the essentials (and a few insider secrets) including:

• How to work confidently on even-weave and linen fabrics
• Back stitch and partial stitches for detail and shaping
• How to read and understand your pattern
• How to start and finish threads neatly
• Choosing the right threads, needles and other supplies
• Simple finishing methods for displaying your work
  

It's truly everything you wanted to know but were too afraid to ask!  The class fee includes your fabric, thread and your project pattern.
